Yes, people actually eat this fish. (not me though!)
Here's the group at the fish market. We got some TASTY treats there (lots of samples), we brought home squid ink treats and lots of seafood for dinner.
This style of eating is called "Yakiniku" (sp?). You get raw meats and veggies and bring it back to your table to cook (except the sushi of course which we ate raw - YUM).
This is Daddy eating a whole octopus (quite squishy, I understand). Mom ate sea urchin sushi, but she spit it out before we could get a picture (she can normally take a lot of weird food, but apparently that was just too much).
